Wendy Whitaker
Wendy Whitaker has been active in the mortgage industry for 16 years
and the reverse mortgage industry for 6 years. She has been a keynote
speaker for the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association on
two separate occasions. She is a member of the Marketing Committee
for NRMLA.
In 2005, Peter Bell, the president of NRMLA asked Wendy to speak
in front of the Housing Committee in Congress and also before the
Senate Banking Subcommittee on Housing and Transportation to help
them understand the benefits of Reverse Mortgages.
In 2005 Wendy was recognized by the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders
as one of the “Top Ten People in the Country in Reverse Lending”.
Wendy teaches an accredited course on Reverse Mortgages at the Bucks
County Bar Association.
Corinna Tini
Corinna Tini has been a mortgage consultant for over 10 years, with
a wealth of experience in the many facets of the industry. For the
past six years, Corinna has specialized in Reverse Mortgages. A compassionate
advocate for senior citizens, she is dedicated to serving their many
and varied needs. Because Corinna is an expert in the nuances of
the Reverse Mortgage Program, she is able to help her clients navigate
the financial intricacies that can often be intimidating. Many of
Corinna’s grateful clients become close friends, and she feels
that her life has been enriched when they share their stories, memories
and wisdom with her.
Corinna teaches an accredited course on Reverse mortgages for the
Bucks County Bar Association.
She lives in Bucks County, PA with her son and their dog Maggie.

Kevin P. Murphy
Kevin P. Murphy, CSA, is a reverse mortgage specialist. He previously
served as Vice President and Managing Director of The Reverse Mortgage
Center, Eatontown New Jersey. Kevin has been engaged in the reverse
mortgage business since 2002 as an originator and business manager.
Kevin currently serves on NRMLA’s Board of Directors and
is co-chairman of the Strategic Relations committee. He has previously
served on NRMLA’s subcommittee on HUD, State and Local Issues,
and Legislative Affairs as well as on Financial Freedom’s
Field Advisor Council. Mr. Murphy is the author of ‘Kevin’s
Korner’ a bi-weekly column on senior issues featured in the
Asbury Park Press. He is also a member of the New Jersey Coalition
for Financial Education.
Kevin is a graduate of the Pennsylvania
State University and resides in Middletown, NJ with his wife,
Amy, and sons, Brian and Owen. |
